Due to popular demand, and to make BAIOSPHERE Medical 2026 accessible to a broader international community, we are pleased to announce that the scientific sessions will be live broadcast as an online stream.
BAIOSPHERE Medical 2026 is designed as an international scientific workshop bringing together clinicians, imaging scientists, AI researchers, computer scientists, engineers, and translational investigators to discuss advances in artificial intelligence in healthcare, with a particular focus on medical imaging, interdisciplinary research, and clinical translation. The event will take place in Erlangen on June 8th and 9th, 2026.
With the new hybrid participation options, we want to support participants who are unable to travel to Erlangen, especially colleagues from low-income countries and accepted contributors facing visa-related restrictions. For these cases, we will enable e-Posters and online talks, allowing authors to present and discuss their work even if they cannot attend in person.
The on-site meeting at the new FAU Conference Center remains at the heart of BAIOSPHERE Medical 2026, with in-person scientific exchange, networking, and discussion as the central format. At the same time, the live stream and online contribution options will help ensure that important scientific voices can be included, independent of travel barriers.
